Our tasty lemon butter sauce is a flavourful addition to your favourite fish dishes. It’s made with fresh cream, butter, white wine, lemon juice, and fish stock.

- Simply heat and drizzle over your fish for a burst of flavours
Pour the desired quantity of pucks still frozen into a suitable dish. Heat in the microwave oven for the times indicated below without covering:
• For 3 pucks: 30 to 45 seconds
• For 5 pucks: 1 minute to 1 minute 15
• For the whole bag: 2 minutes to 2 minutes 30.
Stir halfway through and before serving.
