Préparation

À la poêle : Sans décongélation et sans ajouter de matière grasse, réchauffer à feu moyen pendant 15 à 20 minutes en remuant régulièrement. Au four : Préchauffer le four à 180°C / 350°F. Disposer les pommes de terre surgelées sur une plaque de cuisson tapissée de papier parchemin. Cuire au centre du four pendant 15 à 20 minutes.
