Préparation

Turn on the broiler of your oven. As soon as they come out of the freezer, sprinkle your crème brûlées with brown sugar. When the grill is very red, bake your crème brûlées as close as possible to the heating elements. To obtain a beautiful golden color, let caramelize for 2 minutes to 3 minutes 30.
