How to prepare marinated tofu
Preparing your General Tao Yuzu tofu takes only a few minutes! Begin by thawing it in the refrigerator overnight. Alternatively, you can expedite the process by placing the unopened packaging in a bowl of hot water for about ten minutes.
Next, heat one to two tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and add the marinated tofu cubes. Set aside the sauce. Sauté the cubes until they turn golden, approximately 7 minutes. Finally, add the sauce, stir-fry for one to two minutes, and you're done!
