Cod Acras

Small fritters made with cod, potato puree, garlic and parsley. Traditional recipe with cod (18%). Serve these delicious cod acras hot as an aperitif or as a starter. Perfect for a tropical-flavoured cocktail!

Cook from frozen. In the fryer: Preheat the oil 180°C / 350°F. Fry for around 3 minutes and let rest for a few minutes before serving. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Wheat flour, Water, Cod, Sunflower, Potato flakes, Parsley, Garlic, Salt, Carrageenan, Mono- and diglycerides.
