Thaw product in the fridge for 24hrs. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place backrib on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven. Do not cover. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Finish cooking under BROIL for a few minutes.
