Product is frozen raw. Keep frozen until used. Do not refreeze. Product is best defrosted on a sheet pan, one layer and cover with plastic. It should be thawed in a refrigerator for 24 hours. Portions should not be defrosted in running water. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 158°F (70°C).
