How to Prepare Pulled Pork Shoulder?

Then, open the bag and transfer the pulled pork to a microwave-safe container. Heat on high power for 5 to 8 minutes. Pour the cooking juices into another container. Use two forks to shred the meat and add the reserved juices according to your preference.
For hot water preparation, place the sealed bag in a large pot of simmering water for 15 to 20 minutes. Caution: the bag and its contents will be very hot! Use tongs to remove the bag from the water, open it with scissors, and drain the juices into a bowl. Then, shred the meat with two forks and add the reserved juices to taste before serving.
