How to Prepare Frozen Edamames
Preparing our frozen edamame beans takes only a few minutes!
Take the desired amount and return the rest to the freezer. Fill a pot with water at a 5:1 ratio, add salt, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add your beans and cook for about 5 minutes. When ready, shock your edamame beans in cold water.
They can also be microwaved. Cover them with a bit of water in a microwave-safe dish and cook at 900W for 3.5 to 5 mins. You can also steam your frozen edamame beans for 10 minutes.
