Preparation

Defrost dough in the fridge for a couple of hours until workable. Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a muffin baking tin and paper liners, that you have greased. Fill liners 2/3 full (with the defrosted dough). Evenly distribute dough using a spoon (an ice cream scoop makes it easier). Place the filled muffin baking tin in the center of the preheated oven. Do not open oven door for at least 18 minutes. Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on your stove. Allow the muffins to cool and enjoy your homemade muffins! Makes 12 muffins. The defrosted dough must be kept refrigerated and preferably baked within a week.
