Thaw product thoroughly. Pan or flat grill: Put sausage in a non-stick pan or flat grill over medium heat. Turn the sausage in the pan to brown. Cook for 20-25 minutes or until an internal temperature of 71°C / 160°F is reached. BBQ or grill: Put sausage in non-stick pan over medium heat. Turn the sausage in the pan to brown. Finish cooking on the grill or BBQ until an internal temperature of 71°C / 160°F is reached.
