To prepare your frozen sausages, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or on the same day by soaking them in cold water (still in their packaging). Then, grill or cook them in the oven, pan, or deep fryer.

BBQ or grill: Put sausage in non-stick pan over medium heat. Turn the sausage in the pan to brown. Finish cooking on the grill or BBQ until an internal temperature of 71°C / 160°F is reached.
