Italian San Andrea rice works well for risotto since it softens well during cooking and becomes slightly sticky.
The salmon in this recipe was farmed and filleted in Norway. The pieces presented in this meal are 100% from fillets.
Take the tray out of its sheath and place it in the microwave without piercing or removing the plastic seal. Cook 6 to 7 minutes at 900W. Leave to rest for 1 minute before removing the lid.
