Ingredients
- 1 pack of Sarladaise Potatoes
- 1 cup (150 g) thinly sliced onions
- ½ cup (100 g) smoked lardons
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup (250 ml) 15% cream
- Salt, pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a pan, heat the Sarladaise Potatoes according to the package instructions, then set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the smoked lardons over medium heat for a few minutes until lightly browned. Add the sliced onions and cook for about 10 minutes, until golden and tender.
- Stir the reserved potatoes back into the pan, mix well, and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs, whisk them, then add the cream.
- Transfer the potato-onion-lardon mixture into an ovenproof dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes, until set and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with a side salad. Enjoy!
