From Cool&Simple:
- 4 Chopped Spinach pellets (about ½ cup)
From the grocery store:
- ¼ cup oatmeal, cooked in about ½ cup of water
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
- Maple syrup to taste
First cook the oatmeal in a little boiling water. Then add the liquid ingredients to the blender, then the solid ingredients. Mix, and serve!
