• 6 milk brioche rolls Gabriel
• 1 cup of chili con carne Cool&Simple
• 1 scallion, sliced
• ¼ cup feta, crumbled
• 3 cups spring mix lettuce
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Preheat the oven at 400F.
• Reheat chili according to instructions on packaging.
• Cut rolls open with a knife, cutting the opening on the top (like a hot dog bun).
• Pour apple cider vinegar in a salad bowl, and slowly add olive oil while whisking to emulsify the vinaigrette.
• Bake rolls in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until they are hot.
• Meanwhile, mix the lettuce with the vinaigrette and add salt and pepper to taste.
• Stuff rolls with chili and garnish with feta and scallions.
