    • 1 round of puff pastry
    • 125 g (4.5 oz) of brie
    • 1 tablespoon of warmed cranberry sauce
    • Finely chopped pecans
    • Freshly ground salt and pepper
    • ½ to 1 tablespoon of pesto
    • 1 cherry tomato, quartered
    • 1 tablespoon of jelly

  • Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
    2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 12 squares.
    3. Place each square into the mini muffin tin compartments. Cut the brie into 12 cubes and place one cube on each pastry square.
    4. Top with your choice of cranberry sauce, pesto, cherry tomato, jelly, or chopped pecans.
    5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
    6. Let cool slightly before serving
