- Sliced braided brioche,thawed
- 3 cups milk or plant-based alternative
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup softened butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation
- Position the oven rack in the centre and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the brioche into cubes.
- In a large bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, and nutmeg.
- Add the brioche cubes to the liquid mixture and let them sit for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar using an electric mixer.
- Add the beaten eggs to the butter mixture and whisk until the mixture becomes pale and fluffy, approximately 5 minutes.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into an 8-cup (2L) oven-safe dish.
- Bake in the centre of the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the pudding is golden and slightly puffed.
- While baking, mix the yogurt and maple syrup to create the creamy sauce.
- In the meantime, mix the yogurt and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Enjoy!
