- 1 pack of Mini Blinis Cocktail
- 1 package of Nordic shrimp from Gaspésie
- 1 avocado (reserve ¼ and cut it into small cubes)
- 130 g egg-free mayonnaise
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 lime (for serving)
- A handful of fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Warm the blinis slightly in the oven or in a skillet to make them soft and fluffy.
- Thaw the Nordic shrimp according to the package instructions.
- In a small mixer or using a fork, blend the avocado (except the reserved quarter), mayonnaise, smoked paprika, and the lime juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon a small amount of the avocado–lime mayo onto each blini.
- Top with a few Nordic shrimp.
- Sprinkle with avocado cubes and fresh cilantro.
- Add a light squeeze of lime just before serving (optional but delicious!).
