- 1 pack of Mini Blinis Cocktail
- 2 ripe pears
- 100 g blue cheese (such as Bleu Elizabeth)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 small knob of butter
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and caramelize the pears with the maple syrup for 5–7 minutes, until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, warm the blinis in the oven or in a skillet so they become soft and fluffy.
- Spoon a small amount of caramelized pears onto each warm blini.
- Add a small piece of blue cheese on top.
- Finish with freshly ground pepper and serve slightly warm — it’s even better that way.
