  • Preparation

    1. Thaw the smoked salmon according to the package instructions.
    2. Warm the blinis slightly in the oven or in a skillet to make them soft and fluffy.
    3. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
    4. Spread a spoonful of the lemon cream on each blini.
    5. Top with a rolled strip of smoked salmon.
    6. Finish with a sprig of dill and some lemon zest.
    7. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until ready to plate.
