- 1 paquet de1 pack of Mini Blinis Cocktail
- 1 paquet de1 pack of Atlantic smoked salmon, sliced
- 100 g sour cream
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
- A handful of fresh dill
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Thaw the smoked salmon according to the package instructions.
- Warm the blinis slightly in the oven or in a skillet to make them soft and fluffy.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread a spoonful of the lemon cream on each blini.
- Top with a rolled strip of smoked salmon.
- Finish with a sprig of dill and some lemon zest.
- Serve immediately or keep in the fridge until ready to plate.
