- 1 bag of duck fat fries
- 1 package of Cool&Simple confit beef cheek
- 200g of 2-year-aged cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can of poutine sauce

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat the confit beef cheek according to the package instructions. Set aside.
- Cook the fries according to the package instructions.
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the poutine sauce until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Using a fork, shred the beef cheek.
- In serving bowls, place the fries, top with shredded beef cheek, sprinkle with grated cheddar, and pour over the hot poutine sauce.
