  • Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Heat the confit beef cheek according to the package instructions. Set aside.
    3. Cook the fries according to the package instructions.
    4. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, warm the poutine sauce until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
    5. Using a fork, shred the beef cheek.
    6. In serving bowls, place the fries, top with shredded beef cheek, sprinkle with grated cheddar, and pour over the hot poutine sauce.
