Preheat the oven to 200 °C/400 °F. Place the frozen tart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook on middle oven rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
Filling (Atlantic salmon, water, leek, egg, fresh cheese, fresh cream, skim milk, rice starch, vermouth, wheat flour, modified corn starch, sunflower oil, salt, shallot and pepper extracts), shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, margarine (palm, canola), water, potato starch, rice flour, salt, wheat dextrose, pepper extract).
